PowerPoint Slide goes black while in presenter view when casting from android phone or tablet to projector

While using a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G or my Samsung A8 Plus tablet and using presentation view, the screen will go black while casting to my projector XGIMI Elfin Mini. This only happens in presentation view. If I don't use presentation view then I can cast the PowerPoint but I cannot see my notes. I connected my projector directly to my laptop via hdmi and I had no problem in presenter view to see my notes and the full presentation from the projector.

There is something wrong with presenter view when casting only.

    We would like to give you some updates on your current concern.

    As of now, your current problem is already under extensive investigation with the MS Office Technical Escalation support team.

    Although, they haven't provided yet any information about the ETA ( Estimated Time of Arrival). Of a possible fix to be applied on your current issue.

    We will keep you posted, That is why we highly suggest that you must keep on monitoring this current thread. As they might provide us a positive update on your current problem, as soon as possible.

    Android 13,

    Using Office 365 so I guess it would be PowerPoint 2306 16529.20064.

    We just got a reply from our internal team.

    Right now, they want to know what is the Android version you are currently using. As we as the current build number of the PowerPoint app installed on your Android device.

    This way, they can fully isolate your current concern.
