Insert online pictures is not working. Does anyone have any ideas to fix my issues? (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

I have tried all online fixes but nothing is working; inetcpl.cpl, uninstalling & reinstalling, advanced options internet explorer & updating microsoft office. It just started giving me this error a couple of days ago.

    Your screen shot suggests that you have Office 2016. It should be rather similar to the current version of Office.

    You may have to approve access to internet resources in Trust Center (in Word Options).

    i get this to and its upsetting me ., it just started . i rely a lot long inserting on line pics.

    I have done all the suggestions in ALL of the answers posted. They do not change anything, I have the same version on my desktop and it works fine on the desktop just DOES NOT WORK ON ANY LAPTOP
