Insert online pictures is not working. Does anyone have any ideas to fix my issues? (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

I have tried all online fixes but nothing is working; inetcpl.cpl, uninstalling & reinstalling, advanced options internet explorer & updating microsoft office. It just started giving me this error a couple of days ago.

2023-11-14T20:04:28+00:00 Based on past comments (and per my own experience) it appears the ‘for sure’ fix is to create a new profile (user account) on your computer.
