Insert online pictures is not working. Does anyone have any ideas to fix my issues? (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

I have tried all online fixes but nothing is working; inetcpl.cpl, uninstalling & reinstalling, advanced options internet explorer & updating microsoft office. It just started giving me this error a couple of days ago.

    So you created a new profile on your computer? As previously indicated - it is somewhat of a pain, but resolved the problem.

    Carol, my problem was persistent not intermittent. However, I only tried Word and Excel - so don't know how it would be in Powerpoint.

    One of the MVPs said if the problem was intermittent, then it was generally an MS server issue. Regardless, you should report it to them.

    I use this feature for Powerpoint, Word and Publisher and it does not work for any of those apps. Thank you for the reply.

    Create another user account under a different name on the computer. You can do this in Settings —> Accounts
