    Hi Dawn

I'm AnnaThomas and I'd happily help you with your question. In this Forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself.

If you’re having trouble inserting online pictures in Microsoft Office and have already tried the common fixes such as checking your internet options and updating Office, there are a few other things you can try.

One possible solution is to check your Trust Center settings in Office. In Word, for example, you can go to “File” > “Options” > “Trust Center” > “Trust Center Settings” > “Privacy Options” > “Privacy Settings.” In the dialog box, make sure that the “Enable optional connected experiences” option is selected.

If that doesn’t work, you can try starting Word in Safe mode to see if the issue persists. If Safe mode resolves the issue temporarily, you may need to troubleshoot your Normal template and add-ins

I hope this helps ;-), let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions.

    Best Regards,

    AnnaThomas

Do you see this happening in Word? If so, which version of Word are you running and which operating system?

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, that didn't help me with my issue. Below is the screen that pops up when I try to pull up the "Insert Online Pictures" feature in all Microsoft Office products.

This is happening in Word, Excel & PowerPoint. I am running Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016. Below is the screen that pops up when I try to pull up the "Insert Online Pictures" feature in all Microsoft Office products. This issue just started a couple of days ago.

You may have to allow Office to access the internet. In a Windows installation, Trust Center is the place to look.
