Insert online pictures is not working. Does anyone have any ideas to fix my issues? (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

This did not help at all. still unable to attach pictures to any word or excel document. Internet connections work for everything else except for word and excel. guess they want us to pay extra for this feature now. Worked fine on 12/4/23 but since 12/5/23 the only message is FAILED.

I investigated this problem using an HTTP logging tool. The correct (and simplest) way to fix it is to delete your cookies:

1. Close all Office applications.
2. In the Start menu (or Control Panel), search for and click Delete cookies or temporary files.
3. Under Browsing History, click the Delete button.
4. Untick everything except Cookies.
5. Click the Delete button.

Or, if you don't want to delete all your cookies:

1. Close all Office applications.
2. In the Start menu (or Control Panel), search for and click Delete cookies or temporary files.
3. Under Browsing History, click the Settings button.
4. Click the View files button.
5. In the Search box, type insertmedia.bing.office. A cookie should be found.
6. Press Delete to delete the cookie.

If you're interested in the root cause, I found that Office was making requests to https://insertmedia.bing.office.net/odc/insertmedia that were failing with "HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long." which is commonly caused by a corrupt cookie.
