I have tried all online fixes but nothing is working; inetcpl.cpl, uninstalling & reinstalling, advanced options internet explorer & updating microsoft office. It just started giving me this error a couple of days ago.

I'm having the same problem and reported it to Microsoft via the feedback link you posted. Assuming it is a Microsoft server issue, is there anything I can do to my local machine (that I haven't already tried) or do I just have to wait until Microsoft fixes the faulty server?

(For the record, I went through the repair process, checked my privacy settings, and even emptied out cache, cookies, and temp dir - nothing helped.)

    thanks!

Well - it was working for me. But it has reverted back to the error I was previously receiving. I have attempted the previous fix and that did not cure my problem.

I am thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling Office. Has anyone else uninstalled and reinstall with success?

Yes!! This worked!! Thanks so much. I tried the quick repair first--that didn't do it. But the online repair worked. I'm

    so grateful!

    All -

I had this problem just yesterday. I have Windows 11 Pro with Office 2016 Standard installed.

I was able to insert Online Pictures into Word and Publisher as an Admin but a standard user was not able to do this.

I went to Control Panel, Programs & Features then selected Microsoft Office 2016 Standard in the list of applications.

I then selected Change and performed a REPAIR.

This fixed my problem. Hope this helps.

    Jim
