I hope this email finds you well. I recently learned about the new AI "copilot" feature in Outlook and I'm interested in enabling it on my account. However, I'm having trouble finding specific instructions on how to do so.
Could you please provide me with more information on how to enable the copilot feature in Outlook 365?

It’s still under early access preview for 600 customers only.
They have also not announced what plans will contain copilot functionality yet.
So we will just have to wait for now
The really funny thing to me is how a company as big as Microsoft didn't bother to ask any marketing people how damaging it is to hype a product and then not release it when so many alternatives already exist. How many people have already managed to integrate another AI into their workflow? I'm not entirely certain I'll bother with Copilot, especially if it is a paid add-on to an already price-inflated set of tools that Microsoft 365 has become.

It will certainly be interesting to see what Google's solution looks like. With a price premium added to cost of the product, I will consider moving our business to the Google platform after all these years of being with MS.
Google announced the their Generative AI technology for Google Workspace just a few days ago called Duet AI for Google Workspace, which I assume is the equivalent of co-pilot

Similar to Microsoft, there's not a lot of information about it, when will it be available nor how is it going to be priced.
However, it is commonly accepted that AI requires massive amount of data processing and tends to be expensive to operate, leading to speculation that AI based tools may require more expensive plans to pay for them. Again mostly speculation and discussions at this point
