Dear Microsoft Support,

I hope this email finds you well. I recently learned about the new AI "copilot" feature in Outlook and I'm interested in enabling it on my account. However, I'm having trouble finding specific instructions on how to do so.

Could you please provide me with more information on how to enable the copilot feature in Outlook 365?

    Microsoft has not released co-pilot, nor under which subscription plans it will be available under, at this point of time.

    Only Copilot for Github is available for now as far as I know.

    Based on everything I was seeing, copilot was already here. I just purchased Microsoft 365 to find, after many hours of research, that it is not a product and has no timeline to become one. This is a huge scam. Microsoft should make it very clear to its customers and potential customers that Copilot is not an option instead of trying to trick everyone. I will cancel my 365 subscription.

    Google will not be releasing their LLM/ML tools free of charge to their "enterprise" customers either.

    Dear Khanh Bui,

    I believe Microsoft has not officially released copilot for outlook yet. They have only announced it at this point.

    They have also not provided any information on how they will be pricing this additional feature at the moment.

    Do keep an eye out for it in the near future.
