Dear Microsoft Support,

I hope this email finds you well. I recently learned about the new AI "copilot" feature in Outlook and I'm interested in enabling it on my account. However, I'm having trouble finding specific instructions on how to do so.

Could you please provide me with more information on how to enable the copilot feature in Outlook 365?

    The really funny thing to me is how a company as big as Microsoft didn't bother to ask any marketing people how damaging it is to hype a product and then not release it when so many alternatives already exist. How many people have already managed to integrate another AI into their workflow? I'm not entirely certain I'll bother with Copilot, especially if it is a paid add-on to an already price-inflated set of tools that Microsoft 365 has become.

    I would be patient on this.

    First, copilot has not been released.

    Second, from conversations with people at the Microsoft, it would likely be a premium license to activate the co-pilot features. It is unlikely to be a free additional feature. Microsoft has not released any info on its licensing costs at the time of this reply.
