was locked out for 30 days. because i tried 3 times and had wrong password.

then received an email telling me my account will be restored but with the recovery email.
i tried it. made a new password but never got the verification codes requested.. still cant sign in still to request them help with office 365 MAC which i paid for but never worked.

I was on MS website yesterday and a chat balloon popped up and I clicked it and got a live person. I tried to find the chat balloon today and no luck. You are right, their support links just send you in circles.

I need to gain access to my email ******@hotmail.com. My phone was damaged and i dont a computer i m using my ps4 i use ******@hotmail.com as a back up here is other emails accounts that i list as backup ******@outlook.com and ******@outlook.com ******@yahoo.com I did a recovery request but i did not meet the requirments i need my email to gain access to my email at ******@yahoo.com
