was locked out for 30 days. because i tried 3 times and had wrong password.
why 30 days? that is ridiculous. i couldnt remember which email i had used.
then received an email telling me my account will be restored but with the recovery email.
i tried it. made a new password but never got the verification codes requested.. still cant sign in still to request them help with office 365 MAC which i paid for but never worked.

please explain to me why you guys dont hire people to talk on the phone rather pushing people to online services?

Absolutely right Nektarios! Sometimes the answers in the forums solve the issue but if they don't we need LIVE help. Whoever it was at Microsoft who decided to go with the A.I. bots that can't resolve some complex, unique, individual issues made a decision that is not helping customers and making us unable to use the tech we purchased. They have a monopoly on the software we use and the software that runs the computers and phones we use (Windows etc) that this literally creates a situation that makes a large % of the technology we need to use every day, inaccessible.
That just aint right Microsoft. Class action lawsuit anyone?

I have had ******@hotmail.com for over 17 years all of a sudden I miss typed my password and because I switched from an android to an iPhone I was unable to get to the Authenticator because I’d have to set up the Authenticator before I could get into my email that I couldn’t get into I have emailed I have chatted. I have everything with Microsoft. Nobody has given me a solid answer and I am not able to get into my email and I am very upset about this. I want a phone number. I want a direct link to a person or I am just going to switch and move over all of my files from the remaining link that I have to access on my stuff. I’m very disappointed I have paid for this service. I have trusted Microsoft and this is the support I get.
