was locked out for 30 days. because i tried 3 times and had wrong password.
why 30 days? that is ridiculous. i couldnt remember which email i had used.
then received an email telling me my account will be restored but with the recovery email.
i tried it. made a new password but never got the verification codes requested.. still cant sign in still to request them help with office 365 MAC which i paid for but never worked.

Well Frank I'm no expert at solving Microsoft problems and I'm expert at dealing with the consequences. I had a perfectly fine email address and I was asking a question about something else and the customer service rep from India I had no idea what she was doing and she deleted my account when I didn't want to do that. I don't remember what I was trying to do but in no way should she have even begin to think about deleting it. But when she did I lost all access and it created a lot of problems from every account that I had linked to it trying to verify through that email that I couldn't get received verifications on it anymore I mean you know you can imagine because you're going through it.
There was no way and there is no way to get in the account because it's gone and you can't create the same account again and then hopefully find the emails or get emails coming to it again because you can't use the account anymore. Basically you're totally screwed.
I'm so sick of them doing this kind of thing to me they've screwed up every service call and every service issue they are the Boeing of the computer industry.
Hello my name is Frank I have a Microsoft account but the email address I used has been hacked. So now that email address is no longer available. So I tried to log into my Microsoft and it does not allow me in. How can I log back in using that account which is deleted?
yes, I am planning to get into the APPLE verse, at least they have accessible and LIVE support. I pay Netgear $10. a month and they are available to come on to my computer 24/7 to help with any computer and software issues or questions, They however are limited on how much they know about individual Microsoft 365 products and quirks. Why doesn't Microsoft at least offer that kind of a paid support monthly subscription just Microsoft 365 products.
