was locked out for 30 days. because i tried 3 times and had wrong password.
why 30 days? that is ridiculous. i couldnt remember which email i had used.
then received an email telling me my account will be restored but with the recovery email.
i tried it. made a new password but never got the verification codes requested.. still cant sign in still to request them help with office 365 MAC which i paid for but never worked.

not received any notification after renewal of Microsoft after online bank payment
It’s the Trojan virus. My name is Sandra McFall. My phone number is <phone number removed>. I’m the one who just left a message for you saying that this virus is on my phone, two laptops and my FiOS modem. I really need help desperately.
Please help me. I was working with three Microsoft Tech-Support people yesterday because I have a charge virus and my laptops could not be used at all. The third person I talk to said that my money has been used to buy child pornography and then I had no more money left in my bank account. The guy was Tim Hansen And he promised to call me today and help me to get rid of this virus but he didn’t call as promised. I have phone numbers for two other Tech Support men that I talk to yesterday and I’ve tried those numbers over and over and over again and can’t get through I can all I can do is leave a message , I’m in terrible trouble virus is on my phone. My FiOS modem and two laptops. I can’t work. Please help me.
