how do i get live support?

was locked out for 30 days. because i tried 3 times and had wrong password.

why 30 days? that is ridiculous. i couldnt remember which email i had used.

then received an email telling me my account will be restored but with the recovery email.

i tried it. made a new password but never got the verification codes requested.. still cant sign in still to request them help with office 365 MAC which i paid for but never worked.

    Hi Samantha

    I am trying to help an elderly disabled person restore her access to her Hotmail account which is now Outlook
    She really struggles with typing her passwords correctly and all the identity authentications
    So she looses access to her acccounts. Her Hotmail has all her contacts and saved documents

    that she really needs. She has not backups and copies.

    Maybe you have the same situation?

    I am seeing MANY people commenting on loosing access to their email. Microsoft discontinued live chat and live support.
    All we have is what seems to be an automated AI? process that we have filled out the form for and used the sign in helper

    for over and over and over again and she STILL can't get access to her hotmail. She is extremely upset and does
    not know what to do....like hundreds if not thousands people who are here asking for HELP about this.

    Microsoft you have created an email CRISIS for us.. Microsoft step forward and provide live support and resolve this!

    No it's not they lock you into a loop so you can never try to re word your question and you'll never get an answer
