how do i get live support?

Would love to get help regarding extending my protection plan. Seems to be an endless loop into blackholes.

Would love for more live chat assistance.

Rosa I feel your pain. I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact Microsoft regarding a sharing issue and was told by Netgear that it is definately a Windows issue and I need to contact them to get them to unlock the program. I have three support request numbers and they answer NONE. I turn off my spam blocker on my phone so ALL phone calls come through, yet I get NONE from Microsoft.

They used to have good support, but like most other companies leave you hanging in the balance. I found the CEO's email address online, but of course it bounces.

I have friends who have given up on Microsoft and went to Apple and it is starting to look good at this point.

Nothing that I have tried with regard to my Account and Windows Password use or reset. I have been at this for a couple of hours now and I am no closer, possibly further away. I really need to find a way to talk to a real live person, however, it looks like Microsoft has eliminated that possibility. Very frustrating. I am currently only locally logged into windows, and I cannot do anything with my virus management, I wants me to reach out to my IT Admin, but I DON'T HAVE ONE in my house, so its all up to me, and me is not doing too well on my own.
