was locked out for 30 days. because i tried 3 times and had wrong password.
why 30 days? that is ridiculous. i couldnt remember which email i had used.
then received an email telling me my account will be restored but with the recovery email.
i tried it. made a new password but never got the verification codes requested.. still cant sign in still to request them help with office 365 MAC which i paid for but never worked.

I agree there is an issue with the lack of support.
I have gone through the "contact us", and have probably read through every page and tried everything item.... and wasted more time than I have to waste. I just keep going around in circles.
I agree that a live person to actually talk to could actually solve the problem faster, I would rather waste my time on hold (where I can do something while I waste), then search, read, try, and come up empty-handed.
I understand tech support is challenging, and some people do have simple questions that can be found online... but more of us who are reaching out to the community are probably at a higher than basic level - which is why we are reaching out.
I too am my households IT Admin, and I'm at my wits end with Microsoft right now. You can't even email them your concern for them to get back to you when they get around to it.
Please provide LIVE support - not just a auto attendant who can't even understand what you want, and just sends you the the web.
