how do i get live support?

was locked out for 30 days. because i tried 3 times and had wrong password.

why 30 days? that is ridiculous. i couldnt remember which email i had used.

then received an email telling me my account will be restored but with the recovery email.

i tried it. made a new password but never got the verification codes requested.. still cant sign in still to request them help with office 365 MAC which i paid for but never worked.

    I am going round and round and round with my email issues. This is only serving to get me more and more upset. I have been trying via email support was at first one issue now I have several because the first one was not fixed. I need to speak to a person. on my land line. I am so incredibly frustrated with this service and lack of real support.

    And on top of that I want to get co piolet off my software forever!

    I am not able to send any emails, it says, "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

    (every email)
    This message couldn't be delivered because the sending email address was not recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this error is that the email address is, or was, suspected of sending spam. Contact the organization's email admin for help and give them this error message." I don't know how to fix this as it is my work email and I am not spam and need to use it for work asap.

    How does one "sign in" when that is the issue? I have entered the correct password, but it reads that I have exceeded my attempts and now my account is locked, AGAIN. How do I chat with someone at microsoft if I cannot log into my account?

    there is no way we can talk to Microsoft about this issue, Only thing is that irritating online recovery form.

    Hello some Chinese BOT is trying to log in to my account unsuccessful.

    Every 1 hour 2 login attempts.

    Can I blacklist this person ?
