was locked out for 30 days. because i tried 3 times and had wrong password.
why 30 days? that is ridiculous. i couldnt remember which email i had used.
then received an email telling me my account will be restored but with the recovery email.
i tried it. made a new password but never got the verification codes requested.. still cant sign in still to request them help with office 365 MAC which i paid for but never worked.

why does it tell me access denied for this website?
I got my PC banned from Microsoft and there is no explanation as to why. When I go to enforcement history there is no record of the ban. I want to be unbanned.

What a load of rubbish. I have never seen such a sham when it comes to live help than Microsoft. its a continual loop of re-directing you to self help over and over and over and over and over.
