how do i get live support?

was locked out for 30 days. because i tried 3 times and had wrong password.

why 30 days? that is ridiculous. i couldnt remember which email i had used.

then received an email telling me my account will be restored but with the recovery email.

i tried it. made a new password but never got the verification codes requested.. still cant sign in still to request them help with office 365 MAC which i paid for but never worked.

    between apple and microsoft support I have no idea which is worst. The "so called" agents and supervisors lie like there is no tomorrow and is dumber than a rock. Honestly I wish both these companies go out of business because they are completely filled with a bunch of worthless ****.

    My Hotmail account has been frozen. It says my One Drive is full despite me deleting EVERYTHING in it. I cannot even respond to the email from Zachariah at MS Support [Case #:1059190748].

    This is just ridiculous. You would be insane to use any MS email for any financial institutions

    There is one thing for sure MS will never build anything with AI that has any real intelligence like Skynet but it will likely bring the world to a halt when it's broken systems just cause ERROR ACCESS DENIED

    Microsoft Email is risky. My Hotmail account is frozen because it says my One Drive is full, even though it is completely empty. I cannot even respond to the MS Support email they sent.
