was locked out for 30 days. because i tried 3 times and had wrong password.
why 30 days? that is ridiculous. i couldnt remember which email i had used.
then received an email telling me my account will be restored but with the recovery email.
i tried it. made a new password but never got the verification codes requested.. still cant sign in still to request them help with office 365 MAC which i paid for but never worked.

You sir, are amazing! I have wasted 1.5 hours using google and my microsoft account to find a way to get a live person. I despise Microsoft.
Well Frank I'm no expert at solving Microsoft problems and I'm expert at dealing with the consequences. I had a perfectly fine email address and I was asking a question about something else and the customer service rep from India I had no idea what she was doing and she deleted my account when I didn't want to do that. I don't remember what I was trying to do but in no way should she have even begin to think about deleting it. But when she did I lost all access and it created a lot of problems from every account that I had linked to it trying to verify through that email that I couldn't get received verifications on it anymore I mean you know you can imagine because you're going through it.
There was no way and there is no way to get in the account because it's gone and you can't create the same account again and then hopefully find the emails or get emails coming to it again because you can't use the account anymore. Basically you're totally screwed.
I'm so sick of them doing this kind of thing to me they've screwed up every service call and every service issue they are the Boeing of the computer industry.
Quick everybody, Post a reply before they lock this out like they do every supposed solution when there's no solution because they don't want to hear it anymore and can't answer the questions.
Most answers I've stumbled upon myself Microsoft has rarely had an actual solution to The problem with the software.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO HAVE PAID FOR A SERVICE AND NOT BE ABLE TO RECIVE LIVE SUPPORT ANYMORE. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CONTACT A LIVE PERSON FOR SUPPORT?
