Dear Support Team
As a result of the recent OneDrive update 23061.0319 (installed on my Mac on the 1st of Apr 2023) OneDrive app won't sync or open on my MacBook Pro (Catalina v10.15.7).
Despite following the steps as (as published in Microsoft Support Centre and also Microsoft Community) OneDrive won't open or function at all.
My feeling is that the new update creates an issue with the Catalina Operating system which unable it to open/function/sync..
Therefore, OneDrive is not working appropriately.
In order to resolve the matter I have followed the below steps and no luck:
Would be highly appreciated if you provide some guidance on the matter.
Many thanks in advance.
Regards
DR

I can confirm that MacOS 13 Ventura. Running on M1 chipset computers is still 100% functional with OneDrive. I cannot confirm any of the other MacOS versions or chipsets between the broken Catalina and Ventura.
MacOS 11 Big Sur, MacOS 12 Monterey, MacOS 13 Ventura. Can you confirm that OneDrive does not stop working on these OSs?
Yep, my iMac running Catalina has stopped but I don't understand the sentence, "The OneDrive bug apparently affects Catalina and not the newer MacOS systems." What is the "newer O/S"?
Thanks in advance
Meanwhile... any reply from M/S? An update or solid data point would be useful....
No, both M1s are running Ventura and OneDrive is fine, its my other two Catalina machines that have stopped. Unfortunately my only portable daily driver is a Catalina machine, the M1s are MacMini. So I am using Sync Software to copy the OneDrive folders from a Ventura machine over to the Catalina machine via p2p. Takes longer to get it back and forth to OneDrive, and I don't get any choice of what I want and don't want, unless I change it on the MacMini, but it is working for me right now.
