Recently updated to new iOS and Microsoft family app keeps crashing. Have restart phone multiple times and uninstall and reinstalled app several times. Before the iOS update, app was giving errors on the notification page. Had to keep hitting refresh button and it would finally connect to Microsoft.

Hey everyone, good news! An update is now available which resolves this issue, with the new app version implementing the fix being 1.24.3. Please update to the newest version and see if the issue is resolved.
Based on some user experience, if you do not get the update offered you may have to uninstall the app first, then reinstall to get the new version.
I am having the same issue have restarted phone, uninstall and install app and it keeps crashing and kicking me off the app after several seconds. Prior to this it was making me refresh many times.
When will you be coming out with the update- this is so frustrating
Time to change some other program, many alternatives... Microsoft does not care if this works or not, cannot take this long to fix this.
Maybe they are still trying factory reset on their test phones, maybe it helps...
Experiencing all of the same issues with iOS 16.4.1
Have been on the help chat several times. First time because the screen time wasn’t showing or recording however all limits still worked.
Was told the app was being updated and that would resolve itself, which it did.
Now I cannot get the app to stay open.
First I was told to contact Apple since it’s an app, they say to contact the software developer. Have restarted my phone, uninstalled, reinstalled, and nothing is working.
Very frustrating.
Reading through these posts, am I to assume a fix IS in fact coming?
