Recently updated to new iOS and Microsoft family app keeps crashing. Have restart phone multiple times and uninstall and reinstalled app several times. Before the iOS update, app was giving errors on the notification page. Had to keep hitting refresh button and it would finally connect to Microsoft.

Hey everyone, good news! An update is now available which resolves this issue, with the new app version implementing the fix being 1.24.3. Please update to the newest version and see if the issue is resolved.

Based on some user experience, if you do not get the update offered you may have to uninstall the app first, then reinstall to get the new version.

I have the same problem! Weird thing is that I have made ZERO changes to my iPhone 14 Pro iOS v 16.3.1 between yesterday and today and this problem started literally moments ago! I updated my son’s screen time and when I went to select my other son’s account the app crashed and continues crashing everytime I try to open. I have rebooted multiple times. Factory reset is a LAZY request from Microsoft! Quit pointing fingers and OWN your problem!! By the way… It seems interesting that most, if not all, issues posted here are in same timeframe so MICROSOFT check what YOU changed around these post dates 4/9/2023 - 4/14/2023….

I have removed your app and am installing latest and “Greatest” iOS v 16.4.1. I will reinstall app after update and report results.

Ok so here are the results…

I was able to edit my second son’s screen time. HOWEVER…. After I made that change and returned to home it crashed!!! Every time I open it it crashes still!! So iOS 16.3.1 and 16.4.1 have same issue!
