Recently updated to new iOS and Microsoft family app keeps crashing. Have restart phone multiple times and uninstall and reinstalled app several times. Before the iOS update, app was giving errors on the notification page. Had to keep hitting refresh button and it would finally connect to Microsoft.

Hey everyone, good news! An update is now available which resolves this issue, with the new app version implementing the fix being 1.24.3. Please update to the newest version and see if the issue is resolved.
Based on some user experience, if you do not get the update offered you may have to uninstall the app first, then reinstall to get the new version.

App crashed whenever it’s started after 3 seconds since several days. I reinstalled many times but not helpful

Same.. only googled it today because I assume it was because i was logged into 2 different devices on the parents app due to getting a new phone!
The app still worked on my old iPhone until 4ish hours ago too.. if anyone finds another free app that works for parental control then please let me know.
Obviously Microsoft app doesn’t care much if people have been complaining for days & not even an update from them!

Same thing for me .. I have ISO 15.7.5 on an iPhone 6 and I can’t get on the app to approve more time for my son … this just started today. I too have updated the phone, deleted and reinstalled the app and I still can’t use it. Also going to factory setting isn’t an option. This is a little frustrating.
