Hi,
Over the past week, none of us using the family safety app in the family are able to see the location details of other family members. The settings are all fine and everyone is still sharing their location all the time. Any idea how we can resolve the issue.

Same problem on all 3 of our devices: Surface Duo 2, Samsung S21, iPhone 12
I just got this "Have you tried turning it on and off again" message from Microsoft, but if you read the last "note" and since the last update to the app I received was in in December, it sounds like Microsoft is rewriting possibly moving it again. My family and I have been using this feature since it was part of the Launcher, and if I recall correctly, we had the same issue when Microsoft was moving location from launcher it to its own app.

In order for you to see your family on the app, their devices must have given the appropriate permissions, and they must keep the app's. Setting up location sharing is a two-step process. Make sure your family is set up to share their location with each other. In the Microsoft Family Safety app, each person manages their own settings for location sharing, so it’s best to set these up together.
Step 1:
Make sure device permissions are allowed. Each device will be slightly different based on the make and model. Look for these device-level settings under general location and battery settings, or in your device settings under the Family Safety app.
Android devices:
• Google Location Accuracy is On
• Battery optimization is Off
• Location access is Allowed
iPhone/iOS:
• Location access is Always allowed
• Precise location is on
Step 2:
In the Family Safety app, turn on location sharing.
Go to Settings > tap on the logged in user (You) > tap Share your location > Turn on location sharing
Each family member can choose to share their location with the Family Safety Share your location setting. If an organizer wants to help someone share their location, they’ll need access to the family member’s device.
Note: We are working on building a new experience for the family map on the web. The family map is available in the Family Safety app on Android and iOS.
I have the same problem. First it happened on my wife's phone (One plus 10), and now it is happening on my Surface Duo.
My kids have Iphones, and it works for them. I use the family safety app on PC and I am able to see them no problem, but last update from my phone and my wife's was 8+ days ago.
Thus, there is something wrong with the Android app. I have all permissions set correctly, and indeed, if I uninstall the app and re-install it works for a short time, and then stops working.
I have the same issue, two devices are updating the location (Note 20, galaxy TAB), other devices (S20, S22 ultra & iPhone 12) showing last update before 30 days, tried to reinstall the App, reset the devices and checked the permissions, still couldn't find a solution.
Yes, same here. No improvement after last Android update. 3 Android devices all showing location last updated many many days ago.
