Hi,
Over the past week, none of us using the family safety app in the family are able to see the location details of other family members. The settings are all fine and everyone is still sharing their location all the time. Any idea how we can resolve the issue.

You have a broader issue, too many of us are experiencing this issue and everyone started experiencing it about the same time.
Pixel 7 Pro and Samsung S20 both no longer reporting location as of about 2 weeks ago. Will work momentarily if doing an uninstall and reinstall.
Same problem for me. Same results with uninstalling and reinstalling the app only working temporarily. The problem started at the same time as everyone else reported.

Same issues here. After logging off in the app and logging in again the locations are displayed after a few minutes. Hours later they disappear again.
Yep, same here. Working well for a long time and suddenly issues with location on 3 family members devices - all of them. This is clearly an MS Side issue.
