How to stop Microsoft SharePoint pop up continually asking me to share confidential information stored in keychain

1.Open Keychain Access on your Mac, search for all keychains that are related to Office and SharePoint, deleted them.

2.Open the browser where you accessed SharePoint online resource, go to delete all cache and cookies.

3.Reboot Mac, then check if the pop up still appears.

Hi Tina,

I have followed the instructions as suggested and the pop up is still appearing. see screen grab below.

Note that nothing related to SharePoint appears in my Keychain list.

When the pop up appeared this morning, I had to click Deny around 30 times before it disappeared.

To further narrow down the issue, if you open an Office app, such as Word, click your profile image, do you see SharePoint in the list(as shown below)?

If yes, click it, check if you can see any SharePoint folders (as shown below). If yes, hover over it and click X to remove it.

The best way to troubleshoot the situation further is reporting it to the related team and let them remotely assist you, check the environment, collect logs and help you find root cause.

When I click on my profile image I do see Sharepoint but I can't click it and no folders appear when I hover over it.

What should I do next? thanks
