I cannot send feedback via the app. When I open the app on my iPhone 13 ProMax with updated iOS and Apps, it closes within 2-3 seconds. Sometimes the app minimizes and sometimes the app closes completely, none the less I am unable to use the app on my phone. I have used this app for over two years without issue. I have no problems with it in the browser on my computer or on my phone, only on the recently updated app.

One possible solution to this issue is to uninstall and reinstall the Family Safety app. To do this, go to your iPhone's home screen and locate the Family Safety app. Press and hold on the app icon until the options menu appears. Select "Remove App" from the list of options, and then confirm by selecting "Delete App." Afterward, you can reinstall the app from the App Store.
Thereafter restart your iPhone and check the result.

I have already removed the app twice and restarted the phone before reinstalling it.

I have researched more and have found that this is ongoing issue with family safety app on iPhone devices and Microsoft users are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
