Cannot sign into onedrive Please Check Network Settings [2603]

This is not a network issue! Please I beg do not say is it a network issue lol

One drive working fine on pcs in house on windows 10

On this pc windows 11, it was signed in and working fine. Then this morning its not signed in. I unlinked then on sign in it says no network connection check internet settings.

I have set ethernet to DHCP incase this was the issue.

I have uninstalled onedrive and reinstalled

I have restarted multiple times

This is a new install of windows 11 less than a week old. today there was un update 22621.1194

However I installed that update after finding onedrive is playing up.

I rebooted my router.

I am out of ideas. but I really, really need onedrive to work.

Edited to add I have turned on all TLS in internet settings. No dice.

Try this

Click start, type Run and click on the run box

Paste this in: RunDll32.exe InetCpl.cpl,ResetIEtoDefaults

Click the Reset button and reboot

Seem to have worked for a number of people here: NetExtender seems to break connection to Office 365 : sonicwall (reddit.com)

And I appreciate your kind words.

It seems that New Windows Profile can resolve the issue.

However, in your old user profile try to reset Internet Explorer setting, then rebooting the user's machine.

  1. Go to control panel.
  2. Then select Network and Internet>select internet Options.
  3. Select advanced options.
  4. Restore Advanced Settings.
  5. Reboot to check.

If above still doesn't affect, then I think it's corruption in the profile (probably something in the registry.) upon making another account on your computer it's OK.

    Thank you I wish it were that simple but its not.

    Today its fallen over again, onedrive trying to sign in, teams offline, anything related to Microsoft is not connecting because it thnks there is no internet, everything else is working fine.

    This is driving me to tears to be honest

    This has happened to me 3 or 4 times..

    Onedrive stops syncing, outlook sits there trying to connect... an inoperable system in effect..

    If you create a new local profile... and reset everything up.. it sorts it for 4 to 6 weeks then it fails again...

    If you perform a recovery on the system - happens again..

    Looks like an authentication issue under O365 licensing... but I've spent hours on the phone to microsoft about it... their Indian support dept really is abysmal.. defo a Windows 11 issue as Windows 10 is fine

    get used to it... wasting my time

    I have been dealing with this issue for a long time and I finally was able to spend the time necessary to solve it in my case.

    The problem, in my case, was with the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections registry key.

    Below are the working and non-working registry keys. You should be able to simply delete the key and reboot and the key values will be recreated with working ones.

    If you import the working values, no reboot is required.
