Trying to connect message when Saving in Excel 365

Same issue in our office. All users with O365. It started over this past weekend (07/09/2022). Only Excel files when doing a Save As, Browse. Some users experience it with File Open.

All other applications work without issue. Nothing in event viewer shows any problems.

    I can confirm that version 2211 build 15831.20190 fix the problem on all Office 365 apps that I am aware of (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).

    (Strangely, version details differs from general version showed under account: Microsoft® Excel® pour Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2211 Build 16.0.15831.20098) 64 bits)

    We are under current channel.

    I just wanted to report this is an issue for the Semi-Annual Business Channel people, like my company.  My Office just updated from 2202 to 2208, and right away I noticed this issue happening saving attachments in Outlook and saving files in Excel  (oddly did not happen in Word).  I found this thread after searching about the problem...  I cannot believe an issue that was supposed to be fixed, is back for a 'new' update.  I realize 2208 is 'old' but the point of semi-annual business channel is to take feature updates at a more measured pace and let everyone else deal with stuff like this :(
