Hi all.

When downloading a large number of files OneDrive, the system hangs and reboots on Mac OS.

It doesn't happen often. Only when a lot of small files are downloaded. Reinstalling OneDrive doesn't help.

    Also experiencing this. Every 30 minutes or so since the upgrade to MacOS 12.4.

    Is there no testing done on this software? At all?

    For me "processing changes" hangs up for sometimes hours (spinning beachball) , then it actually starts the downloading process. However, I am four weeks into that now & it still hasn't finished. I can't even move to another cloud provider, because OneDrive deleted all my local files without asking in a previous "update"

    It happens to me that OneDrive starts processing changes endlessly. Only a full reset helps to solve this problem. But for this you have to download all the files again. I can't download files properly because the laptop is restarting. Vicious circle.

    Does anyone else start processing changes endlessly?

    It does not even have to be a large amount, I just tried to safe one .txt file and it crashed.

    same here.

    I briefly had a OneDrive version for "M1" mac, but it seems to have been removed/replaced by the auto-updater. Maybe there was a problem with it.

    I also have a lot of small files (>500,000)

    I have 2x macs
    On my main one, I am keeping everything downloaded, but this is taking weeks to sync 0.5 Tb of files over a Gigabit connection.
    On the second one, I have one directory tree marked at "keep local" but there are still roughly 10% files that appear to be in the cloud.
    Forcing a download by opening sometimes hangs for minutes or never finishes

    It seems OneDrive just doesn't work properly on mac
