Hi all.

When downloading a large number of files OneDrive, the system hangs and reboots on Mac OS.

It doesn't happen often. Only when a lot of small files are downloaded. Reinstalling OneDrive doesn't help.

    Same problem for me.

It took me a while to isolate the root cause of these never ending and frequent reboots to finally identify OneDrive as the single reason.

It is really annoying as it happens when on Teams or editing .DOC or .XLS or working in general. A powerful Mac Studio M1 Ultra and it can barely cope with the CPU overload requested by OneDrive processes. It is a shame. What can we do to solve it? Just do not use OneDrive even if we paid for it?

I have been having the same issue ever since the update to 22.099, I am using macOS 12.4 on a Mac mini 2018. My MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, For Thunderbolt 3 Ports) started to have similar issues after updating OneDrive to 22.099. I have gotten to the point that I only run OneDrive once a day to let things sync and hope it doesn't crash.
