Hi all.

When downloading a large number of files OneDrive, the system hangs and reboots on Mac OS.

It doesn't happen often. Only when a lot of small files are downloaded. Reinstalling OneDrive doesn't help.

I followed the technical support's instructions, deleted EVERTYHING from my computer. Took 2 days to sync 28 GB (which is insane). No kernel panic until the very end... only had one so far but it's not boding well. (I'm still on 22.116)

Tried Mountain Duck as an alternative client -> never got the aforementioned 28GB to sync. The logs show Microsoft throttles access to the files... nice.

Same thing is happening to me... I had to uninstall OneDrive since it wasn't downloading my files to work offline. Ever since it's syncing, it hangs multiple times a day. Computer freezes, then fans speed up and shuts down.
