Has anyone purchased Microsoft Office Pro 2021 from StackSocial

It's because that they don't tell you their refund policy regarding the digital merchandise. Something is clearly wrong with StackSocial when there is not a direct link that takes you to the refund on their web site. Somewhere on the FAQ page it said something about no refunding any digital merchandise which include software license code for cash money, store credit only; which they don't warn you before you make the purchase. If this make you feel any better, the store credit doesn't expire, it lasts for life time! That is until StackSocial closes down or declare bankrupt, starts over with another name. Then all the store credit will disappear, an old trick in the book of scams. Plus the store credit can only use for purchase certain item they allow you to purchase.

On trusted pilot web site which is a review site that StackSocial cares about, because they are replying to each review about them post there with ROBO MSG. Though I think StackSocial is rewarding people that write the good reviews about them, base on some of the reviews on trusted pilot, talking about getting the credit for writing good review. They're keeping their reputation afloat by buying these 4-5 stars reviews IMO. Regarding the MS license StackSocial sells, someone points out that it can only be install once, after that, say if you have to reinstall the OS, then you're out of the luck. So how is that a "lifetime" license? Plus, does this license including the updates? Right, I'll just pretend someone pick pocket me for $31.98.

Definitely not genuine, the worst advertisement I have seen. Microsoft has not produced Microsoft Home & Business 2023.

You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.

Trouble is that these companies are in some far off land and close down just to open up using another name, so the law is no help.

Trusted Tec UK is selling MS lifetime licence. They said once the key is installed and any problems I can call MS support. Any opinion/s on this statement and or company, much appreciated. Kibd regards
