Has anyone purchased Microsoft Office Pro 2021 from StackSocial

Ron Barker - I contacted StackSocial to return the license I purchased after reading your comments but you are incorrect. MS does sell a single license. StackSocial assured me that their license is legit, but I asked to return it under their 30 day guarantee. They didn't give my money back but gave me a site credit. The Microsoft Office Professional is a volume based licence, and sold in contravention of Microsoft licence. It is not to be sold on a retail basis. Please note although it may work for some time until Microsoft disables it. Please also note the complaints that indicate that there is no https://account.microsoft.com/services link and therefore you cannot reinstall it.

Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.

You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.

You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.

Trouble is that these companies are in some far off land and close down just to open up using another name, so the law is no help.
