Excel Stocks not working in Office 365 after installing macOS Ventura v13.0

**Parameters:**Hardware: Mac mini 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i3
Software: Office 365 (v16.66.1)
OS: macOS Ventura (v13.0)
Connected Experiences: All On
Auto Update: Have always been On for both Office 365 and macOS

Additional: Nothing new has been installed on the system for over a year (other than SW updates)

TimeLine:

Two days ago: Microsoft Auto Update hung for hours

- Reinstalled MS Auto Update and was able to update MS apps
- Excel Stocks working fine yesterday

This morning: Received error message: "COULDN'T REFRESH DATA TYPES We need to fix your account. Select Microsoft Excel from the top menu > Sign Out. Then sign back in with the account associated with a subscription."

Steps Taken:
Signed out of Office 365; signed back in. No change, and "Stocks" is missing.
Hard Reboot: No change, and "Stocks" is missing.
Scoured the forums online...pretty much tried everything that I could find...

Removed Office 365 Apps, reinstalled, rebooted, etc., signed in again, verified Connected Experiences all are on, and "Stocks" shows up as a menu item: however, when clicking on it, the same error message appears ('COULDN'T REFRESH DATA...").
Removed Office 365 another two times, reinstalled, rebooted, verified Connected Experiences, etc. etc. and no change.
Nothing has changed with my Office 365 subscription (still active, valid, no additional users, etc.).

Thoughts/Questions:

Is this a problem with the latest version of Office 365 (v16.66.1)?

- If so, is there a way to roll back to an earlier version that we know works (I have researched and not been able to find out how to do this.

Is this a problem with the latest version of macOS (Ventura v13.0)?

- If so, is there a way to roll back to a previous version of macOS?

If this isn't the right forum to solve this issue, can someone point me to where I can get assistance; I'm happy to pay a fee, as I'm over four hours of spinning my wheels with everything I've tried.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can assist.

I just received this from Microsoft:

Thank you for sending Microsoft feedback. Your input is valuable to us and helps improve our products.

Your feedback directly resulted in improvements to Office and we believe your issue has been addressed in the latest version of Office 365. Thank you! To get the latest update, follow the steps here.

For your reference, you submitted the following feedback on November 3, 2022:  MacOS Ventura 13.0 users have to downgrade to Version 16.65 because all newer versions up to beta 16.68 do not support stock quotes anymore! I use the "Stock" data type, and this morning when I loaded my spreadsheet it was not working, asking me to sign out...etc. The issue which has affected 16.5 onwards... Reinstalled 16.4 and it is working fine.

    I am on Ventura 13.1 ... I see that you are on 13.0.1 ...

Amazing…sounds like something might have broken again between 13.0.1 and 13.1. Ugg. Thanks for mentioning…I’ll be turning off auto-updates once again. We are now rounding the corner on this being a three-month issue since my original post; frustrating to state the obvious, and to date, no responses or replies from Microsoft.

UPDATE: Microsoft Broke it Again - DON'T UPDATE TO EXCEL 16.9.01

    Ventura 13.0.1 & Excel 16.9 = WORKS

    Ventura 13.0.1 & Excel 16.9.01 = BROKEN

Note: Just rolled back to Excel 16.65 (while running Ventura 13.0.1)

    OK......

I think you have the versions incorrect.

    Ventura is 13.1 NOT 13.0.1

There is NO Excel 16.9 or 16.9.01 At least that I know of.

I currently use Excel 16.65 that I installed in November when these issues started. Oddly, when I use Microsoft Update it shows Excel 16.65 is the latest update. To be clear, I have seen 16.66, 16.67, 16.68 and 16.69 since November (I ignored updating to them since everyone indicated the dynamic arrays don't work using them). Those do not appear now so maybe, just maybe Microsoft has pulled them from the updates since they don't work at least for STOCKHISTORY.
