Excel Stocks not working in Office 365 after installing macOS Ventura v13.0

**Parameters:**Hardware: Mac mini 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i3
Software: Office 365 (v16.66.1)
OS: macOS Ventura (v13.0)
Connected Experiences: All On
Auto Update: Have always been On for both Office 365 and macOS

Additional: Nothing new has been installed on the system for over a year (other than SW updates)

TimeLine:

Two days ago: Microsoft Auto Update hung for hours

- Reinstalled MS Auto Update and was able to update MS apps  
- Excel Stocks working fine yesterday

This morning: Received error message: "COULDN'T REFRESH DATA TYPES We need to fix your account. Select Microsoft Excel from the top menu > Sign Out. Then sign back in with the account associated with a subscription."

Steps Taken:
Signed out of Office 365; signed back in. No change, and "Stocks" is missing.
Hard Reboot: No change, and "Stocks" is missing.
Scoured the forums online...pretty much tried everything that I could find...

Removed Office 365 Apps, reinstalled, rebooted, etc., signed in again, verified Connected Experiences all are on, and "Stocks" shows up as a menu item: however, when clicking on it, the same error message appears ('COULDN'T REFRESH DATA...").
Removed Office 365 another two times, reinstalled, rebooted, verified Connected Experiences, etc. etc. and no change.
Nothing has changed with my Office 365 subscription (still active, valid, no additional users, etc.).

Thoughts/Questions:

Is this a problem with the latest version of Office 365 (v16.66.1)?

- If so, is there a way to roll back to an earlier version that we know works (I have researched and not been able to find out how to do this.

Is this a problem with the latest version of macOS (Ventura v13.0)?

- If so, is there a way to roll back to a previous version of macOS?

If this isn't the right forum to solve this issue, can someone point me to where I can get assistance; I'm happy to pay a fee, as I'm over four hours of spinning my wheels with everything I've tried.

Microsoft Workaround Worked for Me; here are their instructions:
Sign out of your account on all office applications
1. Move Excel only to trash
2. Unpin it from the Dock if pinned*(ME: this occurred automatically once it was moved to the trash)*
3. Download this excel build https://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/C1297A47-86C4-4C1F-97FA-950631F94777/MacAutoupdate/Microsoft_Excel_16.65.22091101_Updater.pkg
4. Install and then open app
5. Do not activate the product just yet
6. Click on Help at the top and select "Check for Updates"
7. Do not update please Uncheck "Automatically Check for Updates"
8. Close that windows and return Excel home screen
9. Select Excel at the top
10. Click on Activate
11. Sign in*(ME: Once I opened Excel, it automatically signed me in; however, Stocks did not work. What I had to do was Sign Out, then do a full shut down and reboot, then launch Excel, then go to Open a Template so I could see a Sign-in option. Once I signed in, after the shutdown/reboot, Excel Stocks worked).ME: I then shut the machine down again and powered up to see if it would all hold together; it did. I have also sent an email to the MS rep I've been working with for a week to ask if I would be notified when there is an Excel update that operates with Stocks, versus having to continually try an update and then find out I have to roll back--once I hear back, I'll post his response. Anyway, for now, updates are off and Excel Stocks is working. May everyone using Stocks have a green day tomorrow (futures are up) :)*

Unfortunately it did not work for me.

I installed Excel 16.65 and run the license removal tool -> Issue is still there.

Any other suggestion? Thanks

The old build works…I’d suggest looking and following step #11 above very closely…it did not work for me at first, until I took the additional steps that I outlined in #11. Also, make certain all auto-updates are tinted off. So far, I’m four days in and it’s still functioning for me.

Yeah, after a few reboots and log outs in the end the 16.65 worked for me.

However, I noticed that STOCKHISTORY() function does not fully work now (it was working fine before upgrading to MAC OS Ventura).

For example, this function =STOCKHISTORY("AAPL",DATE(2021,1,1),DATE(2021,1,31)) should show a table like in the picture below but all I get is a cell with error #VALUE!
