Microsoft Translator: Conversations Speech output stopped working

Hello, I need help with this: Speech output used to work fine but it suddenly stopped working, I already went into the conversations settings and check to see if everything was correct, and it is but still doesn't work. Does someone know how to fix this? I also sent an email to microsoft asking for help but haven't got any response yet.

I am having the same issues as Laetitia8, I've also tried all the steps in the link provided in both Edge and Chrome and cannot find a fix. This feature works great on my IOS version, but not in the online version within Windows 10.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello Idris,

I've tried everything in the post you linked, but it still didn't work :( . I've also tried using it in different browsers and computers but it did not work. I've asked friends to enter the room and try hearing anything, but it also didn't work for them.

I suspect the problem has to do with the site itself, not with any of my configurations. Can you or anyone help me? T-T

Even though it is for the Bing translator, I figured it would also suffice for Microsoft Translator.
