Doug,
Let me start by saying I am THRILLED that an MVP has replied to this thread. Thank you! Sincerely. No sarcasm.
While I am using a proprietary database that was written specifically for our business, the error we receive is not related to the database but instead is specifically related to WORD.
Using any WORD DOTX Template File, click Insert, Quick Parts, IncludePicture, add Filename or URL (I'm using legal \ owned images from a URL on my website), checkbox Data not stored with document, click OK. Then the error message appears: Microsoft Office has identified a potential security concern.
When adding a picture to a DOTX this popup is an inconvenience. Just an extra click. The real problem is when you use the database to send email. Every email sent pops up this box for every picture in the DOTX. 2 pictures means 2 pop ups for every email. When you send 100's of email daily, it's a real problem.
But, it all stems from the initial problem when using the IncludePicture option that causes this message to appear. And that has nothing to do with the database I'm using or VBA code you requested (which I don't have).
I hope this helps. I'm available to chat here, via email (******@thePartyFavers.com), or even remote login if you like. [Smile]
Thank you,
Scott
