Reverting to the prior version 16.0.13801.21050 fixes the problem.
This problem seems specific to databases located on a network share. For databases on a local machine, there is no issue.

If you are on version 2201, that means you are on Current Channel (Preview), rather than Current Channel.
However, build 14827.20088 should have the full fix, so if you are still encountering problems, it is likely because there is still some user with an older build.
The most recent Current Channel (Preview) build is 14827.20122.

Thank you Shane! I'll be talking to our IT department today.
It's already available and has been for a week or two now. Perform a manual update, or if updates are controlled centrally by your IT department get them to push it out to the entire organisation.

When will Office 365 update to Version 2112, build 14729.20248?
I have
Version 2201 (Build 14827.20088 ) currently, and still have the problem?
