How to disable Files On-Demand in OneDrive MacOS? It's enforced since the last update ...

For OneDrive home and business, I cannot disable Files-On-Demand since the last update. This is crucial, I need full access to my files at all time.

What is going on? Why would you enforce Files On-Demand on your customers, isn't it enough to enable it by default? My 70GB of cloud data is not local anymore, sometimes I have no internet, you are locking me away from my files. Also making it impossible for me to do full text searches. Files On-Demand is also too slow, waiting a second to display folder contents is too much when you organize things in deep folder structures.

How I can disable Files On-Demand? Will you please stop knowing the best for your customers? We aren't toddlers. Thanks!

If Files On-Demand is enforced by policy, I will leave your cloud service once and for all.

FYI, most of the rest of us are already done! I don't see how they can ever regain any trust amongst Mac users (if they ever had much)...

What a shameless and stupid company. How dare you remove all my files and put them in the cloud only? I heavily used Alfred to quickly locate files, now this workflow totally break because of this stupid feature! Please bring my fille back! If you can't bring this back I have to move to other cloud services.

Interestingly, if you right lick on a onedrive folder, and chose "always keep on this device", it seems to incorrectly show the files as in the cloud only (there is a cloud download icon, and a strange round icon/button which looks like an aeroplane taking off), but they do seem to be downloaded. To test this, I disconnected from the network, and tried opening several files which I had not opened before.

Very very strangely , there is a noticeable delay to opening them, compared with non onedrive folder files, but it does open them (at least all I have tried so far).

So it seems to be possible to get onedrive on always download specific folders (which is exactly what I want), but you would not know it works from the incorrect UI icons.

To make it more confusing, files which should all be always downloaded randomly have the cloud, take off, or both on them with no obvious pattern
