How to disable Files On-Demand in OneDrive MacOS? It's enforced since the last update ...

For OneDrive home and business, I cannot disable Files-On-Demand since the last update. This is crucial, I need full access to my files at all time.

What is going on? Why would you enforce Files On-Demand on your customers, isn't it enough to enable it by default? My 70GB of cloud data is not local anymore, sometimes I have no internet, you are locking me away from my files. Also making it impossible for me to do full text searches. Files On-Demand is also too slow, waiting a second to display folder contents is too much when you organize things in deep folder structures.

How I can disable Files On-Demand? Will you please stop knowing the best for your customers? We aren't toddlers. Thanks!

If Files On-Demand is enforced by policy, I will leave your cloud service once and for all.

    MS - are you fixing this? There is now no easy way to have my files local. I've tried right clicking on folders anD it works intermittently, but is a huge annoyance in any case. Why should I have to right click every folder or file to have them local.

    YOU BROKE ONE DRIVE! FIX IT!

    This happened on the day of the rollout. Broke all my Big Sur machines.

    I promptly used my Catalina machine to move all files to Dropbox permanently.

    OneDrive was a pain to begin with (Slow, no LAN sync, files go missing), and it looks like the devs thought to themselves, "how can I make this truly a COMPLETELY deplorable experience?"

    Oh well. Only reason I used it was because it was free at work.

    But even free is not worth this bloody headache. I rather give Dropbox my personal money than suffer through OneDrive.

    Also moving our entire organization over. No second chances. Crippled work for days.

    UTTER rubbish - Onedrive was an excellent facility integrated on Mac OS and they have now completed and very pointlessly ruined it - go back to the way it was prior to this update please. For extremely busy business users that travel frequently, we want the ability to chose what is available when and not just when wifi is available - this has proved to be extremely time consuming as its slow and having to go to each file to adjust is ridiculous - plus where have the green ticks gone come to mention it?
