Microsoft Office has Identified a Potential Security Concern

Hi,

Starting this afternoon, when I copy an paste an HTML-based wiki file (from Zendesk) into Word, I see the attached error.

I perform this operation numerous times, and never saw this notice until today. I have Word 365 Win10.

The problem does not occur when I paste a Confluence page.

Can someone clarify this message for me? What do they mean by "Choosing YES will enable updating all fields in this file..." What fields? And are they talking about the source file or target file?

This is a bug in the current build - Microsoft is aware if the issue and working on a fix - but I have no ETA for when it will be fixed.

    We automated updating embedded photos. This automated is halted because it waits for the prompt. This started when a user moved from 2010 to Office 365. We have version 16.0.14931.20120

    This issue has just started for us following a recent Office 365 update. Our Version is 16.0.14326.20784.

    Do we know when the next Release will be? Will it happen behind the scenes? Or as part of one of those updates which announces itself and restarts your PC upon completion? Thanks.

    The page is restricted to my company and its users; accordingly, I can't provide the link. I'll have a co-worker try it next week. And, yes, I "trust" our own pages. :)

    I can also reach out to Zendesk next week.
