Word (Mac) Zoom issues

Hi, I´m working in Microsoft Office 365 for Mac. When zooming in on my trackpad the view jumps to a random page while the curser stays where I was trying to zoom in. I've tried reinstalling Word and have done all updates available.

Any suggestions?

    I have the same issue than you and than a lot of other people. I am paying Office 365 to the biggest company for having a problem that isn't fixed since July of 2021 !

    Can you please fix it, I use this app everyday and this bug is so ANNOYING ! I cannot word efficiently with this bug...

    PLEASE FIX IT !

    Same issue here, but not just for Word also experienced it with Publisher and PowerPoint. Super annoying and makes working with it, especially with Publisher, almost impossible.

    OS: Monterey 12.2.1, 2016 MacBook Pro (2,6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7)

    Office: 16.59 (22031300, Microsoft 365 Student)

    I have the same issue with my Macbook Pro (16-inch, 2019, intel i7, Big Sur 11.6).

    MS Word version 16.58 (Office 365).

    It's really annoying especially when working on over 100+ pages, large documents! Please fix the issue ASAP.

    Back to pages / google docs for me lol. Even the beta channel 16.58 for word STILL has this issue. I know mac users are inherently second-class citizens, but with Mac's prevalence in enterprise you'd think Microsoft would care about this rather large portion of their 365 revenue stream.

    Oh, and Apple still hasn't fixed their global trackpad bug where the zoom gesture doesn't work periodically with any application. You megacorps are all the same lol. But at least Apple's dev team has the excuse of adhering to an asinine yearly OS release. Meanwhile, all you donkeys at Microsoft have to do is slowly maintain a feature stagnant cash cow.

    This is the problem when a company's focus shifts from trying to secure new customers to just plodding and maintaining their effective monopoly over the enterprise market. They cease to give a ****.

    Hi George,

    I'm also having the same problem and I'm not sure how to fix it. I have the M1 chip, with the I'm assuming the latest word and its still doing the same thing everytime i zoom in
