To access the translation functions, you simply have to go to the 'Review' menu that appears in the upper part of the window, at the same level as 'Start', 'Insert', 'Draw', etc.

Once we enter there we will see, right at the bottom level, the option to "Translate" with an icon. Click on it and a column will open to the right of the document. It is there where we will have to choose the parameters that, it must be said, are not too many: specifically two. The first of them is the type of translation that we are going to carry out, whether it is only a selection of the text or everything that we have written; and the second are the source and target languages.

It is important to say that if we translate a selection, we will see the translation just below the original fragment, in the right column, while if we choose because it is the whole document (we want it in Swedish), it will generate a new file that we will have to save to keep the changes. The second option, the language selection option, you can imagine what it consists of: say which one we are writing to (or that Word detects it) and which one we want to convert it to.
