Copy and Paste Text from OneNote mobile iOS app to the Messages App

When I try to copy and paste text from the OneNote mobile iOS app to the Messages app, it pastes an HTML file with the text instead of only the text.  This is a new issue. In the past, I was always able to copy text from OneNote, and paste the text to the Messages app.  I cannot find any settings in the OneNote app or the Messages app that would seem to help.

    Im already back.  I quit evernote a year ago.  I just want more from OneNote.

    Thank you Carlosde...I have a variation of your solution which I personally like better and is less navigation.

    As Carlosde said, highlight then select SHARE, the fifth option. But instead of selecting the iMessage icon, select "Copy", just below the icon apps. Then go to Messages and paste and the text will be pasted properly, not as an attached html.

    No idea why this copy works when the other doesn't. But sure enough I tested it both ways and, at least for me, the Copy under the Share dialog results in plain text, as desired.

    And seconds later I found a major limitation of this approach....

    The SHARE option only pops up for a single paragraph or item in a bulleted list. If you select multiple paragraphs or listed items, you don't have the option to share.

    Man, this is frustrating. The fact that the share/copy functions properly just proves this would be a very easy fix for Microsoft.
