The dialog box should have an Accept button so that you can confirm the agreement. If you can't see the whole dialog box, you may have to temporarily change the resolution for your monitor and then try again.

Found the solution: Use your "tab" button to get the cursor to move over to the right part of the screen that you can't see. Keep going through the various screens until you approve the privacy policy. I reduced my screen resolution but I don't think it's necessary. You'll see the cursor move off the links on the left side of the screen, and when it disappears, you'll know that your cursor is on the "OK" button that is hidden on the right side of the box. Hope this helps.

Try temporarily reducing the screen resolution which should let you see the whole dialog box and access the Accept button.

    Dear George,

From your description, it seems that you are using the Office for Mac applications and the  privacy message won’t go away in your environment.

If yes, I first suggest you try the following to see the result.

    a. Close all Office 365 app for Mac applications and back up all Office files.

    b. From Finder Go/Go to Folder (Shift+Cmd+G).

    c. Enter "~/Library/Containers" and press Go (Return key).

    d. Find the "com.microsoft.word" folder(as well as other Office applications’folders).

    e. Select and delete that folder using File/Move to Trash (Cmd+Delete).

    f. Restart the Mac.

    Best Regards,

    Cliff
