OneNote 2010 all sections and pages are empty! Please help me!

Hello all!

My notebooks are located in the OneDrive cloud storage. I can access and work with my notebooks via web-interface in browser and via OneNote app in my Android phone. But on the OneNote 2010 which is a part of Office 2010 I have this issue when I try to open my notebooks:

"There are no sections open in this notebook or section group"

Also when I try to open notebooks I receive this error message:

How can I solve this issue?

    The app is not as robust as the full desktop version.  But it works.

    I searched for "OneNote".  It's a purple icon with an "N".

    The free windows "app" in the Microsoft Store will allow you to access your notes.

    Thanks Mike, which app are you referring to, when I went to the Microsoft store and searched for windows there were many choices.

    All of my notes are gone as well. I'm using Windows 10 on a Surface Pro 7.  

    I see no way to restore anything.  The Previous Version Tab yields nothing. 

    Help please, this wiped out weeks of notes.
