Hello all!
My notebooks are located in the OneDrive cloud storage. I can access and work with my notebooks via web-interface in browser and via OneNote app in my Android phone. But on the OneNote 2010 which is a part of Office 2010 I have this issue when I try to open my notebooks:
"There are no sections open in this notebook or section group"
Also when I try to open notebooks I receive this error message:
How can I solve this issue?

I think the real answer may be moving away from microsoft. The web access is too slow to use as alternative and failing to fix while supported doesn’t give confidence for the future/ other applications.
Essentially we are unable to open a microsoft document stored on a microsoft server using a supported microsoft program. This has been true for over 4 months without any sign it will be fixed anytime soon. Have to suspect they are waiting out end of support 13OCT2020. My thoughts on moving to Office 365 have changed. Openoffice looking more enticing.

The only way out is to upgrade to Office 2019 or 365 which include OneNote 2016. Some people upgraded to OneNote 2013. All previous OneNote versions (2007, 2010) are stopped working with OneDrive at the end of January 2020.
I had to upgrade my PC to Windows 10 1809 LTSC + Office 2019 to prevent this issue for future...

Yes, it is OneNote 2010
I actually closed all notebooks. Then I logged in to office365.com, select OneNote, right click a Open in desktop application.
Notebook is now in desktop OneNote back with sync status ok.
I guess that not in OneNote 2010?
